While working with my clients, keeping them informed every step of the way, offering them expert advice, counseling to help them accomplish their goals.  The home buying process is very involved, especially in a hectic market.  One must act swiftly and decisively if they want a chance at buying it.  Educating clients as well as guiding them professionally and sometimes emotionally is part of the process to home selling and buying success.  My ultimate goal is to find my client(s) their home!

Raising my children and wanted that all-important work-family balance.  I use all my training, education and background in my real estate practice today.  My past experience in finance has given me a very strong ability in residential real estate.

Areas of Expertise:
Presenting a home to market for sale needs to be done properly.  Buyers need to see what a home they are interested in could look like if it was theirs.  Buyers also need a realtor who knows the potential of the properties that they are interested in.  I am that realtor who is knowledgeable, answers questions in a timely manner are both critical skills for every home buyer or seller to seek in their Realtor.

Community Involvement:
I am a strong believer that giving back to your community is imperative.

Communities I Serve:
My main office in Wasilla, casts a wide net for my clients and will list and sell in the Wasilla, Eagle River and Anchorage areas as well as surrounding communities.  I enjoy exercising my real estate brain learning new places.  If an area is not a place I can dedicate the proper time to I will refer to a  highly professional colleague to assist in your home search.

Rookie of the Year 2007

o    Award Eligibility:
o    1. This award is given to an individual who holds an active real estate license with the Valley Board of Realtors AND has not had prior licensed sales experience in the real estate industry.
o    2. Nominations for this award may be submitted by either an individual Rookie Realtor® or by the Broker of the rookie applicant.
o    3. The Rookie of The Year is based on accomplishments for the first 12 consecutive months after the applicant is licensed.
o    4. Applicant must have met the criteria prior to December 31 of the year ; which they are applying for the Rookie of the Year Award.
o    5. A person can only apply for Rookie of The Year one time.
o    6. All applicants for this award must be a member of the Valley or Anchorage Board of  REALTORS® as their primary Board.
o    7. Ethical conduct – If, by the filing date, the applicant is found in violation of the Code of Ethics by the Professional Standards Committee or in violation of Alaska State Law as determined by the Real Estate Division during the calendar year of application, the applicant will not be eligible to apply for this award.
o    8. IMPORTANT: Your application will not be eligible for consideration if all specified supporting documentation is not included.
o    9. DEADLINE: The deadline for submitting your application and photograph.
o    10. Volume and number of real estate transactions closed and/or the gross dollar volume of closed transactions as reported by and verified by applicable HUD-1 settlement statements.
